Thanks for checking me out. I’m just doing this for fun in hopes someone can find a little info or inspiration whether they’re brewing or barbecuing.

I’m no expert in either, but I’ve spent many hours scouring books and the internet on both topics to at least know my left foot from right foot.

If I’m not making beer or meat, I’m spending time with my wife, son, dog, and soon to be 2nd kid.

I call my brewery Mackerton Brewing, where most things are related to my dog, Mack.
